9. Martin Frederick (Max)³ Miller (Frederick William² Mueller, Christ¹) was born in Saxony/Germany May 1882. Martin died February 11, 1963 in Melrose Park, Cook County, IL, at 80 years of age. His body was interred February 14, 1963 in Elmhurst, IL, Arlington Cemetery.

He married Hattie Korber in Melrose Park, Cook County, IL, February 2, 1918. Hattie was born 1892. Hattie was the daughter of August Korber and Pauline Korber. In the 1900 Cook County, Illinois census, 18 year old Martin is living at his parents home. His job is listed as "press hand canning factory". After Hattie Korber's first husband (Cord Hulzman) died in 1916, Hattie married Martin (Max) Miller February 2, 1918. Martin's occupation is listed as foreman on the birth certificate of Martin and Hattie's son, Ervan.
